For those of you looking for our product availability, I'm sorry to say that we will not have anything available until next year.  We will start accepting reservations for freezer pork this fall and beef reservations next summer.

Challenging Weather

We deliberately choose not to plant our crops in mid-April this year because we were worried about frost and rain.   We are still happy with this decision, but considering we will be several weeks later than an ideal planting date before we seed in the ground, we are getting a little antsy!

We have our website updated with current and accurate information. Please check it out.   Hopefully, you find it informative and helpful.  We have also setup a LLC, Trinity Farms OH LLC.  This is the business name that we will be operating under and providing our meat through.
